Energy Telephone Appointment

You can now book your own Energy Telephone Appointment online.

These appointments will last for 60 minutes and can be used to discuss rising energy costs, smart meter issues, energy switches, energy debt or the warm home discount. Note that these appointments are not suitable for lengthy energy disputes with energy companies.

Please note that these appointments are funded solely to discuss energy related issues. If you do not have an energy related issue when we call for your appointment, we regret that we will need to refer you to our Adviceline and end the call.
